Your Role:
Support project management teams with efficient communication and coordination.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation.
Facilitate pre-construction activities and maintain project compliance.
Collaborate on project preparation, submittals, and agreements.
Maintain project records using Procore and Viewpoint.
Assist in bid preparation and project closeout.
Provide administrative support, including executive assistance.

Your Qualifications:
2-10+ years' construction administration experience.
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Proficiency in Word and Excel; Procore experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
