Project Coordinator

Seeking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will assist in driving team accountability for deliverables and feedback. They will help to manage project milestones with our offices globally. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be highly self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills. This position will report into the Toys & Hardlines Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager with internal initiatives that include new creative projects, inventor program, retail pitches, and product line reviews
• Maintain project schedules and deliverables from project concept through completion; ensure status of deliverables are clear and transparent; ensure all projects are delivered on schedule
• Manage all meetings for team; set up, take notes and provide action plans
• Communicate on a daily basis with team to track status and deliverables over Teams, by phone and within our internal project management tracking system
• Coordinate with internal resources and external partners to execute requests, seek approvals, and track timelines
• Assist with department budget – liaise with vendors, open PO's

• Desire to collaborate with people in multiple locations and time zones by email, phone and on Teams
• Incredible attention to detail, great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work presentation software like Keynote and Powerpoint
