The Launch Loyalty division of Careington International Corporation helps dental offices and dental groups to create and successfully manage in-house membership plans that increase treatment plan acceptance, boost patient loyalty, and attract new patients for their practices.
Launch Loyalty is adding a Project Coordinator position to the team to provide support for internal projects and campaigns that have a direct impact on business-to-business marketing efforts and internal systems and processes.
Candidates for this role must be able to work three days per week in the office and two from home.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience coordinating projects involving technical staff and/or marketing
- Project Coordination or equivalent administrative experience in roles that involve multi-tasking
- Experience using Microsoft Project, WorkZone, or similar task manager software is a plus
- Dental industry experience is helpful, but not required
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and at times manage projects, or a set of tasks, from start to finish, ensuring project success
- Participate in stakeholder meetings for planning, monitoring and evaluating projects
- Document & distribute notes/decisions/actions from project meetings
- Ensure projects are properly documented
- Identify, communicate, and manage risk and escalate issues when needed
- Engage with multiple internal departments to move the project and tasks through the process
- Engage with a variety of staff levels internally and externally, including C-suite Executives
- Participate in developing improvements to current project and operational process flows
- Provide support for any Launch Loyalty department initiatives
