Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project team in managing resources, information and documentation for projects to ensure a smooth workflow.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Coordinates jobsite needs for projects which includes scheduling trailers, Conex containers, portable toilets, drinking water, dumpsters, recycling containers, hard hat needs, and jobsite signage
2. Performs project setup and start up
3. Creates, sends, finalizes and tracks subcontract agreements, purchase orders, master service agreements and work orders
4. Performs vendor setup as needed
5. Organizes job site contact information
6. Creates, sends and tracks project submittals
7. Reviews and processes certified payroll
8. Performs project Close-Out tasks (O&M, Training & Extra Stock etc.)
9. Performs weekly progress reports and assists with miscellaneous marketing
10. Ensures efficient flow of communication via email, change orders and other support tasks
Secondary Job Duties/Responsibilities
1. Acts as secondary phone attendant
2. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Job Qualifications/Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
Education/Experience:to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
· Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in construction industry or office experience
Certificates/Licenses: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
· Valid Driver’s License preferred
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
· Frequentlysit, stand, walk, lift, pull/push carry to 25 pounds, grasp, talk, and hear
· Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
· Occasionally climb, reach, stoop/crouch, crawl
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
