Project Admin Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Project Admin Coordinator. This is an office professional position. The position is responsible for supporting Commercial Sales Dept. Assisting in Bid Request documentation. Contract Review and providing General Contractors with required documents. Applying for All Permits (Mechanical & Electric), creating Job/Project folder/binders with important details of the project – Submittals, Permits, Plans and commissioning paperwork. Keeping the Job calendar up to date and following up on all tasks that need completed, & scheduling. Calling in for Inspections when directed by the Field Crew. Filing completed projects and attaching documents to Job profiles within the company’s Sage software.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Outstanding customer service skills, including a professional phone demeanor

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with computers (Sage Software), phones, and other office equipment – MS Office - Word & Excel

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities

· Demonstrate an attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
