DESCRIPTION:

Setting:

Outpatient clinic

FTE: 1.0 FTE

Duties: All aspects of

Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and Treatment of

Hematology/ Oncology Patients. MD oversight for both the

Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services. Infusion Center

requires MD onsite for all treatments. Infusion Center provides.

Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy,

Antibiotic Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis injections, and Therapeutic

Phlebotomies.

Required

Procedures: N/A. Bone Marrow Biopsies are referred to outside.

EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic)

and Cerner (Infusion)

Support Staff: 1- clinic RN, 2-MAs, 2-front office clerks, 1-quality.

analyst/billing, and 3 infusions RNs.

Reason for Coverage: Locums one year is up.

REQUIRED:

Procedures: N/A. Bone Marrow Biopsies are referred to outside.

• Date: Dec 21, 2024, FT through 2025 for at least 6 months up to 1 year.

Schedule:

• M-Th 7:00 AM-5:30PM with night call then 24hr remote call coverage Fri-Sun

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided.
