Job Summary/Basic Function
The position is a direct report to the Project Director of the WV REACH (Redesigning APRN Education with innovative Academic-clinical partnerships in rural and underserved Communities for primary care, substance use disorder care, and mental Health services) HRSA funded grant. He/she will provide coordination, administrative and clerical support to all grant personnel, team members, and students. He/she will be responsible for implementing, overseeing, managing coordinating, scheduling, tracking activities, and collection of data to measure program outcomes, and serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including ensuring timely reporting of data to HRSA. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating FNP student schedules aimed at fostering inter-professional collaborative skills for use in improving outcomes among vulnerable populations in rural WV. He/she will provide assistance to all grant project personnel, team members, and students. He/she will coordinate the logistical needs of the grant activities in addition to organizing workshops, seminars, etc., and project activities involving inter-professional team members and the advisory board. In addition, he/she will monitor grant spending and allocation of funds, in coordination with the PD He/she will be responsible for developing brochures, posters, web page design and newsletters regarding grant activities. Continuation of this position beyond June 30, 2024 is contingent upon grant funding.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in higher education.

Job Duties
Description of Job Duties
Office:
-Works directly with the Project Director on all aspects of the project to execute goals and objectives of the project.
-Implements, oversees, manages, coordinates, and tracks project activities and trainees, and serves as a liaison between project partners.
-Collects appropriate data and ensures timely reporting of data to HRSA.
-Provides administrative support to Project Director, inter-professional team members, and advisory council
-Schedules student clinical experiences with FQHC academic practice partners
-Schedules Project Director clinical site evaluation with FQHC sites
-Writes correspondence independently or in accordance with general instructions. Prepares correspondence for signatures
-Creates informational material to communicate the WV REACH program potential participants
-Coordinates and schedules all grant activities
-Order supplies and maintains an inventory of supplies including inventory of distribution of medical equipment
-Maintains and updates files related to the grant
-Keeps track of and makes sure grant meets deadlines
-Develops and implements internal grant procedures to cover mail, filing systems, and grant record keeping
-Maintains communication with the health care agencies, grant personnel, and consulting firms
-Sets up and maintains database of grant activities. Performs statistical analysis in compilation of required reports.
-Attends all grant related meetings and takes comprehensive minutes; including those held off site.
-Arranges meetings by scheduling rooms and facilities communication to those who should attend.
-Administers and gathers results of surveys
-Coordinates workshops, develops and distributes brochures regarding grant activities. Distributes and summarizes evaluation forms.
-Develops brochures for distribution regarding the WV REACH program to health care providers
-Completes required grant submission reports
-Coordinates scheduling, transportation and registration of scheduled events
-Collects and maintains all grant applications
-Develops posters, brochures and web page design regarding grant activities
Finance:
-Prepares forms for purchasing grant related items through procurement
-Works directly with procurement to establish student accounts
-Operates and maintains copier and other office equipment
-Changes toner and handles minor technical problems
-Arranges for repair when necessary
-Maintains inventory of office supplies and medical equipment, orders supplies and keeps appropriate records.
-Communicates with facilities regarding building maintenance, housekeeping issues and key requests
Telephone and visitors
-Responds to all grant related inquiries
-Maintains communication with members of the grant team, including students
-Receives, sorts and delivers all incoming grant related mail. Identifies those communications which require the personal attention of the Project Director and attaches appropriate background material. Flags priority items for the Program Director to review
Other
-Assists Project Director and other members of the grant team with special projects as instructed. Provides in-house computer assistance to grant tam members
-Transportation to grant sites and activities may be necessary. You will need access to transportation for travel.
-Assists with Project Director travel requisitions and other grant related requisitions.
-Assists with grant reporting activities, data collection, student assistance matters and any project activities involving inter-professional team members and the Advisory board.
-Serves as liaison between internal and external grant stakeholders
-Develops inter-professional learning experiences
