The Project Support Coordinator is a critical role in the overall success and construction of our brand new facility in Martinsburg, WV. This role will serve as the liaison between our internal CMC Engineering Tam and External Construction vendors. Key duties include managing document transmittals, printing and copying engineering drawings, and logging them into a controlled database among other duties assigned as needed.

- Drawing and document control
- Establish and maintain standard procedures for shop drawings details
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- AutoCAD skills are a plus
- Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Driven individual with honesty and integrity
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
