Position Role Type:

Provides direct support to Customer field requirements for products/services. Utilizes Raytheon and Customer systems for the identification, procurement, tracking and reporting of requested products/services. Works closely with the Customer to identify proper BOM for utility infrastructure projects. Engages all stakeholders of the project to ensure they are informed of the procurement milestones, dependencies, schedule, and potential impact to project timelines. Track BOM through the procurement lifecycle and schedule/coordinate onward shipping to the field. Notify Project Managers of delivery timelines to field sites. Work with onsite personnel to confirm material delivery. Ensures communication across project team for proper planning and execution of project deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must have knowledge of field installs and processes
• Candidate must have trade(s) experience to ensure all provided BOM meets Customer install standards and quality
• Strong communication, problem- solving and negotiating skills.
• Ability to review provided BOMs and identify missing items required for infrastructure installs
• Ability to coordinate and provide status updates to multiple project stakeholders
• Ability to keep detailed accountability records, including budgets and inventory
• Ability to complete all tasks independently, as well as in a team environment
• Moderate understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc)
• Understanding/use of Customer logistics/procurement systems/software and processes.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of field install experience as a technical lead
• 5+ years of Customer experience of OCONUS processes and procedures as it relates to trades, facility and infrastructure related logistics
• Ability to confidently communicate and develop relationships with Customer(s) and vendors.

Additional Requirements:

• Additional Technical and Specialty Training/Certifications Etc.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
