PROJECT COORDINATOR - REMOTE
Location: Remote (with potential to be onsite occasionally)
Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Agility Consultants is currently seeking a pro-active Project Coordinator. This position assists in defining the project and creating a process to achieve the goals of the project. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, organizing, and managing the project’s phases, timelines, and deliverables. This position also takes a lead role within the team.
Job Duties:
Assists in the identification of the project's goals, objectives, and scope of the project?and in creating a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required
Monitors the overall project to complete the project on time and within the budget, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
Assists with managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs and with managing client expectations and project scope creep
Establishes and fosters a strong client relationship and acts as a liaison between the company and the client
Guides and advises team members
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
Develops and implements key performance indicators to measure project performance
Creates and maintains detailed, comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
Minimum of three years of project coordination experience from conception to delivery, management of several projects, development of work plans, and organization of documents
Understanding and knowledge of regulatory and reporting requirements
Ability to write for a variety of audiences consistent with GPO style
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action/work plans
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Ability to implement and measure key performance indicators
Ability to manage and resolve project problems, scope creep, and challenges
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Ability to establish and maintain a positive client working relationship
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to evaluate different solutions and determine most effective option
Proven communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational and attention to detail skills
Ability to develop thorough and comprehensive project documentation
Ability to engage staff and provide guidance and direction to team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
