Responsibilities
- Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Finding information online using research tools
- Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed
- Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations
- Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress
- Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
- Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
- Distributing project information to key partners
- Knowledge of database and file management
- Foundational knowledge in Packaging Components
- Zoom experience highly desired
- Hands-on experience with Shipping
- Earlier work involving Hiring Processes
- Background working with Microsoft Outlook
- General familiarity with Review
- Collection Processes experience highly valued
- Practical knowledge of Database
- Strong familiarity with Onsite
- Reporting experience
- Training experience highly desired
- Scheduling experience highly preferred
- Foundational knowledge in marketing
- Good understanding of Merchandising
- Expertise in R Code
- Communication experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality
- Adeptness in research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comprehension of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Previous experience working with Vendors
- Experience with Partners
- Prior experience with Coding
- Photoshop experience desired
- Adobe Illustrator experience preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be detailed, flexible, and organized
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite is desired
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required
- 1 year of business/office experience required
- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
