Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a well-organized, experienced Project Assistantwith a demonstrated background of success.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Assistant (PA) should be comfortable working with wide variety of administrative support tasks supporting various company government projects. Database and systems support: Maintain and oversee all company databases relating to Social Security Administration project contracts. Maintaining accuracy and consistency for all project information / documentation sources. Complete and maintain all support documentation for project conformances.
The PA should be able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, exhibit excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working with data and technology. In addition, this individual should possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Contract pricing updates
- SSA contract processing and tracking
- Content contracts tracking in database
- Systems management of Podio – scrubbing and improving tracking, workflow, etc.
- VHR subcontract mod updates (and revised contracts per DOL)
- Content subcontracts tracking and management
- Content subcontractor and vendor database
- Server file clean-up and organization
- Identify when things are falling out of structure and remind responsible staff to keep things organized and backed up
- Process training documentation
- Assist in completion, issuance and maintenance of updates to VHR’s
- Schedule updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a BA)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Be able to work cross functionally with other teams
- Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
- Able to accurately resolve issues in timely manner
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent typing skills
- Able to pass a Federal background check
