Overview
BRPH is looking for a Project Accountant for our headquarter office in Melbourne, Florida. The Project Accountant will Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain or examine the records of government agencies.
* Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
* Understand accounting cycle, project analysis and complex data sets.
* Has a clear understanding of various contract types, especially T&M contracts.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or Associates degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
* Must be proficient in Excel
* Must be authorized to work in the US without Sponsorship.
