2. Helps train new staff.
3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
3. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
4. Maintains employee data integrity and confidentiality.
5. Completes special projects as assigned.
6. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
2. Highly knowledgeable in electronic data processing systems, including their acquisition, installation, operation security, and maintenance.
3. Ability to manage, which includes planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring projects and supervises employees to meet organizational goals.
4. Ability to conceptualize and implement procedures which regulate work processes and organize tasks.
5. Knowledge of and experience with main frame reporting languages and programming in the Microsoft environment.
6. Ability to react quickly and accurately and maintain high level of professional conduct and courtesy.
7. Computer literate with database software programs, including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, etc.
8. Knowledge of finance and accounting operations.
9. Ability to handle sensitive information with high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
