Project Accountant

Cool Stuff you get to do:
Produce billing reports and distribute to Project Managers
Produce invoices from instructions received by Project Managers
Review and produce special client invoicing and forms as needed
Send client invoices per client preferences including: online billing, pay applications, waivers, email
Produce change order requests
Bill sub consultant invoices
Daily communication with clients, project team and sub consultants
Reconcile client invoices to client's records
Research client issues and prepare information to aid Project Managers with resolution
Revise and reproduce invoices as needed at Project Manager direction
Review Purchase Orders and Change Orders before signature
What will help you be successful:
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or higher
Licensed Notary preferred
2+ years of related accounting/billing experience, preferably in (AEC) industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Accounting Software experience (Ajera preferred)
Highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter
Calm under pressure and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Assertive individual with effective communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
