EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:
This position is eligible for an employee referral incentive payment of $1,000.00 (conditions apply).
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will serve as staff to multiple regulatory boards, committees and applicable subcommittees assisting in production of agendas and board and committee appointments. Assist with the certification process regarding applicants for the professional certification, for applicants for renewal certification and the investigation of complaints concerning certified and non - certified individuals. Provide collaborative, organizational, and logistical support to multiple staff within the Division on procedural matters and ad hoc projects.
In addition, this position will draft legal notices, pleadings, orders, cost reports, and routine and confidential memos, correspondence, and narratives, conduct initial investigative background process regarding applicants for certification and renewal of certification, prepare reports, documents and evidence pertaining to the application or disciplinary processes, and assist with proctoring professional examinations.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years related experience including experience drafting legal pleadings, orders, and reports. Directly relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement. This position also requires excellent organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume workload, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight time frames and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated expertise in communicating diplomatically and effectively with diverse and sometimes conflicting parties; and must be proficient with windows-based programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel and in database utilization.
Additionally, this position requires the ability to work under limited supervision in a team-based setting and adapt to changes in responsibilities, duties and procedures, understand and apply court rules, policies and procedures and applicable laws, draft motions and pleadings and other legal documents, and understand and preserve the confidentiality and security of files, records, documents and information and to apply court rules in responding to public records requests.
