Measuring the Impact of Programmatic Donations
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Managed Programs Intern works to ensure the Good360 Managed Programs team has the qualitative and quantitative donation impact data needed to support the goals and objectives of Good360. The Managed Programs Intern performs outreach to nonprofit partners matched to specific donors; gathers and summarizes the impact of donations received from specific managed programs; works closely with program managers to strategically track outreach efforts; drafts impact stories before sharing with Marketing; and organizes and coordinates the sharing of impact story drafts with Good360's Marketing team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Managed Programs Intern will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities.

- Nonprofit outreach via phone/email
- Data aggregation and analysis
- Leverage Good360's technology and platforms for discovery
- Collaborate with Senior PMs to gather impact stories from specific program partners to complete deliverables in grantagreements
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Customer service and business writing experience
- Creative problem solving skills
- Self-starter mindset
- A desire to close the need gap!
- Hybrid work environment, but conditional approval for fully remote work may be considered upon request.
