As a Program Manager You Will:
- Develop a clinical team that implements the core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program services.
- Maintain in-depth documentation for clinical findings and observations regarding interactions with all assigned patients.
- Supervise staff for medication management and to assure client medication administration and storage is handled safely, accurately, and in compliance with all laws and standards of care.
- Develop and manage rapport with each assigned patient along 28 to 90-day mental wellness journey here with The Ridge healthcare group.
- Complete and assist participants in aftercare and discharge planning in partnership with patient family members and additional clinical team.
Exciting Qualities You May Have:
- Previous work experience in a clinical or residential setting
- Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment
