Qualifications:
- You must be motivated and passionate about our mission and purpose
- Master’s Degree with a major in social work, public health, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience preferred, in a non-profit setting.
- Working knowledge of the needs of Youth and Young Adults experiencing homelessness and housing instability and effective programming for this population.
- A balanced perspective with an ability to tolerate ambiguity, understand nuance, and make ethical decisions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at any given time and follow through until work is completed in order to meet important deadlines
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive, supportive professional relationships with staff, administration and executive leadership partners
- Ability to travel within the general area of their Regional Office to provide in-person supervision
- Willingness to be flexible to accommodate/meet staff needs.
- Must pass a criminal record check, with no history of abuse, neglect or exploitation and a motor vehicle check
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance that meets agency minimum liability coverage of $50,000/$100,00
