The Program Manager at Entrata is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and managing multiple complex projects and initiatives within the company to achieve the company's strategy. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the strategy and ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs and business outcomes. You will be a key driver in identifying data-driven solutions and driving them to completion, leveraging project management best practices to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
    • Program Management: Lead and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring data-driven solution development, alignment with organizational goals and priorities, and tying initiatives to P&L impact
    • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, people, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and achieve project objectives.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
    • Process Improvement: Develop, document, and continuously improve business processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and monitor progress against targets.
    • Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change associated with the implementation of projects and programs.
Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams through significant initiatives 
    • Track record of process improvement and documentation
    • Proven track record of successful program and project management in a technology-driven environment.
    • Proven financial and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal., with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to multiple audiences and levels of management
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
    •  Experience in property management or real estate technology 
    • Experience working in management consulting
