Entrata Software, a leading provider of property management software solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Product Manager to join our innovative team in Lehi, Utah. As a Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products by driving growth with enterprise customers, helming strategic initiatives, coaching and mentoring a team of Product Managers, and delivering exceptional value through world-class software releases. Responsibilities
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, integrating AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
    • Decisions drive improvements to processes or outcomes that significantly impact the performance of the function or department (or a significant portion of customers)
    • Manage a team of Product Managers and supporting analysts
    • Exercise data-driven decision-making and outcome-focused execution
    • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Establishes operational objectives, policies, and work plans and delegates assignments to individual teams as well. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of product plans, with a focus on enterprise clients.
    • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and features.
    • Prioritize and manage product backlog, using data-driven decisions to deliver high-impact features on time.
    • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams in the US and India.
    • Evangelize the product internally and externally, presenting revenue-enabling capabilities to stakeholders, customers, and industry events.
    • Drive agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and iterative release cycles for products.
    • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product enhancements.
    • Developing and articulating a clear product strategy for the group of products, aligning it with the overall department, company strategy, and market trends. This involves understanding and staying current with customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry/technology trends.
Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or higher education degree in business, law, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in engineering large-scale data systems
    • 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the software industry
    • Enterprise SaaS business intelligence and data pipeline experience
    • Experience using product and/or system metrics to diagnose system performance and usage patterns, and to drive informed decisions
    • Strong understanding of software development processes, and methodologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, create models, interpret data insights, and make informed decisions.
    • Proven ability to successfully collaborate and work cross-functionally with peers, engineering ICs/leaders, product marketing, and all other business functions
    • Proven strength in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally with customers.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with BI tools such as Power-BI, Domo, Tableau, etc
    • AWS expertise
    • Proficient Python or scripting experience
    • Previous experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise customers.
    • 2+ years experience as a software engineer or related role within the software industry.
    • Experience managing a team of Product Managers
