The Supply Chain Program Manager will support the operations transformation and integration to a FMS based Supply Chain and integrated business process. The role will be responsible for process development and continuous improvement, using the FBS toolkit and mentality. This person will manage and transformation program and own projects supporting the overall program. They will provide transparency to leadership and influence cross-functional partners to make Supply Chain efficiency improvement and accelerate leadership decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of continuous improvements based on FMS and FBS concepts and tools.
- Conceptualize, develop and lead implementation of new processes supporting Supply Chain efficiency, data automation and overall cost effectiveness.
- In-depth conceptual and working knowledge of Supply chain and their standard process to be able to implement and train cross-functional areas.
- Under your responsibility to identify, evaluate and resolve complex problems, examine information from multiple sources and use judgment to evaluate establish solutions.
- Identify problem to solve, determine the project approach and schedule the team meetings and events,
- Lead, facilitate and attend Kaizen events to drive Supply Chain critical metrics and initiatives.
- Communicates openly and effectively with other roles and skillsets to address any issues, concerns or roadblocks as well as find opportunities to be developed and implemented.
- Creating and updating action-based plans to measure and track the progress through all phases, presenting functional status to leadership teams and influencing cross-functional teams to drive action
- Delegating tasks appropriately across teams
- Hold X- functional teams accountable for meeting deadlines
- Coordinate solutions to issues as they arise
- Updating Visual Project Management dashboards, both physically and with software
- Focal point for SAP implementation
- Coordinate the team of global analysts to support the 3PL go-live.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum or 3 -5 years large project management experience
- SAP Experience
- Supply Chain background (Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, Demand)
- Strong excel skills.
- The ability to gather data, perform analysis, and clearly articulate conclusions and recommended strategy.

National: The salary range for this position is $86,100 - $159,900
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
