Vaccination Requirement
The University of Nebraska Medicine Center (UNMC) requires COVID-19 vaccinations for all students, staff, and faculty. All employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have requested and been approved for an exemption based on a recognized medical reason, a sincerely held religious belief, or a pre-approved, 100% remote work agreement. Fully vaccinated means having received one dose of a single dose COVID-19 vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) or both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Moderna and Pfizer).
As a prospective and/or a new employee at UNMC, you will be/are required to comply with the UNMC's vaccination protocol. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers will have five (5) days from the date of hire to provide proof of partial or full vaccination or to request a medical or religious exemption. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers with proof of partial vaccination may have up to thirty-five (35) days from the hire date to be in full compliance with this policy. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers who receive a denial of a request for medical or religious exemption will be given five (5) business days from exemption denial notification date to provide proof of compliance with this policy. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers with no approved exemption who fail to comply with this policy will be separated.

Position Summary
POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY
The Program Manager will operate under the direction of the Program Director. This position will provide direct supervision to Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Senior Board Certified Behavior Analysts at the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD). This position will supervise a caseload of patients, conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress toward goals, and provide caregiver training. They will provide initial and ongoing supervision to behavioral staff working with client population at the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD). This position will provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technician staff while providing positive and constructive feedback daily. This position will lead hiring and training of new behavioral staff, coordinate and lead meetings, and coordinate research projects.
