Responsible for the development and operational compliance of the Boss Truck Shop Mobile Maintenance Service Program, expanding existing business offerings, researching and innovating new offerings, and ensuring operational execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements sales of existing services to fleet customers.
- Develops consistent marketing programs with operations to ensure maximum volume, profitability and returns on company assets.
- Onboards new programs with operations leadership and assists in training and execution as needed.
- Collaborates with Sales Team to introduce the on-site program to new fleets and help them sell the Mobile Maintenance Program to those fleets.
- Develops contacts and new customers through participation in trucking industry shows; plans and coordinates participation at industry trade shows and takes an active role in the event.
- Oversees field training programs designed to keep the on-site program on course.
- Works with current fleet customers to ensure the on-site program continues to meet their specific needs.
- Monitors equipment usage and keep units strategically placed in the market to maximize revenue generating potential.
- Supports shop financial performance through the development and management of effective on-site and marketing programs.
- Develops and implements on-site program strategy.
- Creates training programs, equipment and tooling lists for the on-site program to maximize efficiency at each individual location.
- Provides shop program information and resolves issues relating to the on-site program.
- Provides communications to locations and corporate office regarding shop programs.
- Plans, initiates and participates in new equipment procurement and procedures.
- Works with Sales Team to review and update pricing structure for the on-site program.
- Conducts compliance reviews of active on-site locations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for implementation of on-site program initiatives.
- Manages the development of new market areas for on-site program maintenance.
- Attends industry related shows/events and supplier meetings.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises 1-5 or more employees.
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-7 years of experience with developed knowledge of truck vehicle systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
- Must have a working knowledge of the shop and tire industries.
- Must be able to provide leadership.
- Must be a strategic thinker with driven results.
- Must have business acumen and provide strong decision-making skills.
- Must have financial management skills.
- Must have the ability to read and understand monthly P&L statements.
- Must have the ability to read, follow, and implement budget controls.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and as needed.
- Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
- Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
