Day to Day
Business Planning
- Create, manage, and achieve annual Vendor Partnership Plan that is aligned with the GBU and support functions
- Develop a program plan that acts as a roadmap to accomplish budgetary goals, process efficiencies, digital implementation, product development and reporting/marketing needs.
- Create, manage, and achieve a strategic partnership with external business partners
- Capture competitive information to position the DLL value proposition.
- Develop and manage programmatic KPIs (includes profitability) and initiate action plans to accomplish targets
- Ensure program compliance like service levels, reporting, and other requirements as outlined in the Vendor Program Agreement
- Maintain proactive business relationship with key senior and executive managers, marketing and operations of program partners, contacts and DLL counterparts
- Develop and manage vendor relationship matrix and org charts, Align with the vendor in planning and preparation for sales changes
- Assist with escalation topics from the vendor corporate office.
Profit and Loss Management
- Monitoring back-end performance and risk
- Communicate and post rates and pricing for internal and external programs
- Serve as a resource for NBD in identifying and developing programs that match partners needs
- Identify new program requirements / rules of engagement
- Develop/ manage implementation plan to internal and external business partners
- Provide some insight on reasonable approaches to giving client what they think they need and make clear what we can deliver
Program Expansion / Penetration / Growth
- Rollout & implementation of new products / programs to support business initiatives
- Support business actives and sales with clear and concise communications to partners sales team
- Engage with Soft Assets sales team to assure focus on identified targets and opportunities
- Create, manage and achieve the tactical plan with DLL sales and the vendor.
- Develop, implement, manage external marketing and promotions with vendor partners
- Assist vendor partner in new product release through marketing and promotions program communications
- Maintain interpretation and compliance of Vendor Program Agreements
- Conduct Regular business review sessions with internal and external business partners
- Leverage the DLL commercial academy and release training programs for vendor partners
- Develop and manage internal/external communication plan
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives with continuous growth and enhancement approach
- Support sales team on transactions as needed
Process Management & Improvement
- Develop and implement digital solutions that meet manufacturer needs
- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement
- Identify and recommend process improvement and collaboration with sales operations
- Solicit and leverage vendor partners key stakeholders recommendations for process improvements
- Negotiate, evaluate, and approve changes to program agreements for the benefit of the program, operations, ease of use
Essentials
Education and other credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree of equivalent, Master’s degree a plus
- Certified Lease Professional / ELA member Preferred
- Effective communication with C-suite personnel
- Negotiating and understanding of Vendor Program Agreements
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and TValue
- Credit and underwriting acumen
- Leadership skills to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
- 5-10 years equipment leasing experience in similar function, or Sales, or Business Development
- Experience in strategic planning and executing

Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA / US Remote
Applicable pay range
$108,442 - $162,663 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
