This role is responsible for the execution and acceleration of our Data Strategy and Digital Capabilities, which is foundational to the success of how the Digital Transformation can drive value for the business. They will play a meaningful role in the coordination of data into the Common Data Layer of the Enterprise Supply Chain Digital Stack, collaborate closely with JJT (Johnson & Johnson Technology), D&DS (Digital & Data Science), Quality & Compliance Digital Solutions, and MedTech Digital & Business transformation organizations. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the portfolio by developing business plans (BP), mid-term plans (MTP), and long-range financial plans (LRFP) that drive tangible benefits and enablement.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines for each planned program, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of digital and data strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate program progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful implementation aligned with strategic objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and impact of digital and data strategies.
- Lead digital adoption and change management efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering employees through talent upskilling, citizen development, and driving digital council activities.
- Scope and frame critical programs, ensuring their successful execution in alignment with strategic objectives. Regularly review and monitor progress, making necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree is required and a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Business Administration, or another technical major is preferred. A Master's degree or MBA degree is highly preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain is required.
- Business acuity in emerging digital technologies and their implications for the supply chain operations is required (these include cloud computing, IoT, AI/ML, RPA, LLMs, blockchain, intelligent automation, Operations Research, virtual and augmented reality, etc.).
- Experience in strategy development and conversion to operational plan or roadmaps is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and problem solve, and deliver the maximum business value is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement, including the ability to effectively convey information and insights to senior leadership.
- Ability to influence without authority is required.
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
For US based candidates, the base pay range for this position is $171,700 USD to $232,300 USD.
Bonus
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
