We partner with compassionate individuals, community organizations, and corporations across North America to connect underserved children to community resources they need to thrive. Over the last 25 years, Operation Warm and our partners have offered the gifts of brand-new coats, shoes, and socks as a bridge for families in need to access everything from flu shots to new books.

Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for guiding and managing project timelines, from the initiation of project requests, through assignment, development and completion. Program managers plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. The Program manager is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality results for both internal and external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organizational projects and partner programs and events
- Proactively gather necessary information to plan and implement projects
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Identify and report deadline conflicts or delays to management
- Maintain accurate account records, track tasks, produce reports, monitor dashboards and log communication utilizing Salesforce
- Monitor all project tasks for workflow via the project management software application, Asana, to ensure that all stakeholders collaborating seamlessly
- Build and maintain effective relationships
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Asana experience preferred.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects, and adept at prioritizing
- Must be available to travel
