Program Manager-Holyoke Individual Low Threshold #2

The Program Manager provides operational oversight to caseworkers and their participants. S/he supervises a team of caseworkers who work at the Low Threshold program and perform casework management with individuals. S/he works within the agency's team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers.
