Be the driving force behind complex Capital Programs requiring significant financial investment in alignment with GBO strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:* Coordination of Advanced Engineering multi year capital budgets in alignment with Golf Ball Operations (inclusive of R&D) strategic objectives.
Manage overall project costs in alignment with program goals.* Develop and implement standardized project management methods for deployment across all GBO facilities including budgeting, payback and ROI analysis methods, project scheduling and tracking tools, executive summary reporting.* Cross functional collaboration with brand, R&D, and Ball Plant operations to identify and conceptualize solutions aligned with strategic initiatives (new product introductions, process improvements, cost savings opportunities).* Provide technical guidance to various engineering groups related to program and project management best practices.* Research and recommend new technologies in conjunction with Advanced Engineering development teams.Requirements:* BS Degree in Engineering required, Master of Business Administration preferred.* Eight (8) to ten (10 ) years professional experience implementing and managing complex Capital Programs.* Experience leading others is required. Familiarity with golf ball manufacturing highly desired.* MS Project, Excel, Solidworks, AutoCad, Microsoft Office Suite.* Strong leadership skills.* Strong negotiation skills.* Excellent communication abilities with multiple stakeholder levels.* Proven ability to lead both internal and external teams.* Six sigma / lean / DMAIC problem solving training and experience.
