Job Description & Skill Requirement
Responsibilities:
• Program Management for business critical & complex projects in a customer-facing role
• Guarantee proper management of customer specification documents for Hardware & Software requirements
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to build complete project plans from feasibility study to development, qualification, delivery and final approval for commercial deployment
• Close relationship with technology partners (chipset manufacturers, 3rd party Software solutions...) to resolve escalations and drive the feature roadmap
• Prioritization of critical activities and tickets
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of product KPIs and performance in the field
• Work with the Sales team to manage customer expectations and satisfaction
Skills and Knowledge:
• Project / Program Management experience is a MUST (5-10 years)
• Previous experience in the Telecom/Broadband or IT/Networking industry is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a preferred
• Familiarity with Broadband technologies such as IP, Voice over IP, IPTV, Cable, Fiber, Wireless 4G/5G, Ethernet, WiFi, TR069, Mesh, IoT, Cloud-based solutions, Quality of Service
• Excellent oral & written communication in English. Ability to present in front of C-level audience
• Ability to work with remote teams in multiple time zones across North America, Europe and Asia
• Excellent organization skills and autonomy to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Proficiency in technical project management tools: JIRA, Bugzilla, MS Project, MS Teams, MS Office
