As an Accord employee, you will...

- Supervise a team of direct support professionals. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements for the program and alignment with agency policies and practices for person-centered care.
- Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems.
- Ensure excellence and the delivery of high quality services.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners including case managers and others.
- Be forward thinking; identify, propose, and carry out activities to grow the program.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Advocate for and ensure excellence and quality services.
- Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
- Three (3) years of supervisory/people management experience.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Knowledge of human services, preferably working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
