IT Program Manager – Cutover and Readiness (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an IT Program Manager – Cutover and Readiness, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving development of integrated cutover plans
- Conducting readiness assessments for technical support and operations
- Planning and orchestrating hypercare support after cutover to stabilize systems and handle end user issues
- Providing executive updates and flash reports during cutover and hypercare
- Willingness to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of ten (10) years of Program Management, Project Management, or related experience in Information Technology
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of Program Management, Project Management, or related experience in Information Technology
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Five (5) years working in large scale IT projects with globally distributed teams in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Professional Program Management, Project Management, or Agile/Scrum certifications
- Experience using Atlassian Jira
- Experience with a corporate separation, divestiture, or related M&A activity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Healthcare industry

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $177,961 - $217,508, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
