Under the general supervision of the Manager, this position will assist in the supervision of an assigned team of HCV staff, ensuring that MPHA meets the HUD requirements and local regulations when assisting participants and owners. Establishes methods to ensure the HCV Program is proactively aligning and preparing for prospective HUD changes and creating procedures to track and monitor program compliance to HUD and MPHA standards. Responsible for forming relationships through collaboration with other housing authorities and community partners and will assist with the implementation of HCV's business development initiatives involving other MPHA departments. Will provide assistance in all areas to the respective HCV Manager and assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of the Manager.
