Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes measure the efficiency of programs such as the STARBASE STEM awareness Youth Program to provide recommendations; conduct analysis of Youth program data to identify trends; develop policy techniques to perform Youth policy and program analysis.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service (GS-13 or equivalent).
