The EPIC Account Manager Level 1 – Engagement we are looking for:
A positive, can-do individual who will cultivate and maintain new and on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers. Provides the best possible service and recommendations in relation to HFD products. Responds promptly to service requests and/or customer questions. Cross-trains other team members to do their job in case of absence. Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from all relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage 1-10 office location opportunities and support key provider relationships to ensure stability and continued growth in revenue and originations on an annual basis
- Present HFD value to qualified leads.
- Send out contracts and onboard new providers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Listen to understand and solve the provider's needs. Determine if we are a good fit. We want to work with the willing – those that see the value in 100% approvals and accept the costs of high-risk patients.
- Nurture current account relationships and build new ones.
- Ability to explain MDRs.
- Understand providers’ unique integration & configurations with HFD
- Onboard new providers to the HFD platform and train provider staff to achieve origination activity quickly.
- Collaborate with other members of the Engagement and Sales teams to effectively manage expectations and ensure successful relationship growth
- Convey provider feedback on HFD’s existing products and future product roadmap
- Ability to send reporting to customers
- Update SOPs as needed to keep up with our dynamic business
- Ensure that work is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Report to manager detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals, and effectiveness of systems.
- Willing to pinch hit for any role in the absence of a team member
