Program Manager

```Job Overview```

A Program Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all day-to-day activities carried out at InnerBalance Health Center. Be available during business hours to assist the Clinical Director. They need maintain a positive rapport with a good working knowledge of each client in the program. Act as the primary contacts with all new clients, including signing all pertinent paperwork for intake and collecting appropriate funds

```Responsibilities```

A Program Manager provides timely, professional responses to internal and external communications. Supervise, train, coach, evaluate, discipline and terminate office/admin personnel. Provides back-up coverage for admin staff when necessary. Attend all Clinical Staff meetings to keep apprised with client health, issues and concerns. Ensure all personnel files are complete and kept up to date. Be available to staff to answer questions around policies and procedures.

```Experience```

Supervisor experience needed, length of experience is not necessary. Needs to have follow through with implementation, organization and communication between all staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
