Description
We are in search of a Program Financial Manager to join our finance team in the Health & Civil Sector supporting our Health Mission Solutions Division. As a core member of the finance team, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing a wide range of projects and programs within the operation, while leveraging your financial expertise in the areas of financial planning and analysis (planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support a complex portfolio for the Health Mission Solutions Division.
- Lead a team of Program Financial analysts.
- Responsible for assisting/overseeing the month-end closing process for the CRNs. Validate awards/bookings, backlog, revenue & op income, and cash for the assigned CRNs.
- Develop financial models for reporting and forecasting, cash flow statement, and employee/staffing utilization.
- Prepare and detailed and accurate invoices.
- Responsible for the internal financial controls and process of the programs
- Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting any trends and investigating causes of unexpected variances to forecast. Help improve financial status for the division by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to management.
- Work closely with Division/Group-level FP&A and across other functions to complete forecast and provide variance analysis.
- Lead analysis that delivers insights to key stakeholders for critical business decisions.
- Develop Business Cases for New Business and Re-competes
- Work with the division Program Financial analysts to track program billing (in coordination with Leidos Billing Team), cash collection, aged receivables, analysis and clearing of unbilled receivables.
- Work with the division Program Financial analysts to analyze direct actuals for accuracy, identify errors, ensure errors are corrected timely. Track funding.
- Support any ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers.
- Able to engage and analyze financials for monthly/quarterly/annual financial Outlooks; support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Estimates at Complete (EAC)
- Work proficiently within a team and collaborate with senior managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of full cycle product finance experience.
- Prior experience should include contract cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written to clearly provide detailed analysis.
- Ability to work across multiple contracts and communicate with several stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior FP&A Experience A Plus
- Experience with Costpoint, Cognos, Insight, Oracle Analytics and other Leidos financial systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
