HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Talent Programs Manager will report to the Senior Director, Talent Management in the Human Resources Department. This role is responsible for managing the vision, design, development and implementation for Talent Programs and initiatives including employee experience initiatives, performance reviews, internship program and diversity and inclusion. This role partners closely with the broader Talent team and business leaders across the organization to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities and core values to advance our culture .
Lead the design, development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to advance Inspira’s mission driven culture
Create project plans and supporting documents, presentations, business updates, and communications
Define success metrics to measure the effectiveness of each program and track performance
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to coordinate the successful implementation of programs
Stay abreast of current and emerging talent management trends and collaborate with peers to assess impact across the organization and incorporate new trends in current and future talent strategies
Proven skills and expertise with organizational programs, project management or related areas, including managing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities and client relationships

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of experience in HR, diversity and inclusion, or related field
1-3 years of leadership experience
Experience in designing, implementing, and measuring the results of Talent Programs across a large company
Delivers with a high sense of urgency, operating with a strong customer satisfaction approach
High degree of business and financial acumen with general understanding of developing talent
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other data visualization tools; proven ability to collect and interpret data, and build robust reports
Proven leadership skills with demonstrated ability to include and leverage diverse perspectives and ideas
Project management skills with experience working in a fast paced, matrix based and performance driven environment
Demonstrated the ability to interface with and influence senior executives, coordinate with other cross-functional leaders internally and build relationships with external partners
Superior management and coaching skills
Possess strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience in pivoting quickly and adapt to business needs and changing landscape to stay best in class
