Full-time and exempt position with flexibility to accommodate various programs, personnel, and organizational needs.
- Availability for after-hour emergencies, phone calls, and on-call responsibilities.
In the absence of trained staff, fulfill responsibilities of direct reports.
Keep staff informed of relevant issues in the field and community.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Train staff on supported individuals needs and house procedures.
- Daily operation of assigned residential facilities, complying with regulations.
Ensure compliance with the Five Rights of Nursing Delegation.
Responsible for assigned Vista Care physical locations.
- Monitor site maintenance and improvement, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Enforce policies and procedures related to physical site and property.
- Facilitate fire drills and risk management measures.
Identify and report areas of risk or liability to the AD.
