SalaryMadison Area Rehabilitation Centers (MARC) is looking an Assistant Program Director for our South Program. MARC is the largest provider of community and program-based employment and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County. MARC is looking for someone with drive and compassion to assist with our South program. In this position you will assist the Program Director in the planning, organization, implementation, and administration of the program. You will be expected take charge leadership of employees and the care of clients.
Experience: One year of supervisory experience preferred. Two years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation or in such related fields as special education, social services or rehabilitation. Each additional year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of post-secondary education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
