Program Development Coordinator
The DDD/HCBS (“Home & Community Based Services”) program screens, qualifies and hires, as Brighter View Care employees, licensed and certified Direct Care Workers (“DCW”) who provide respite, attendant care and/or habilitation services to the senior and developmentally disabled community (the “Members”). All responsibilities will be performed with the utmost quality and with respect to member rights and choices. Highly organized with the ability to implement systems and follow-up processes, to effectively work under pressure, to use independent judgment and produce a quality work product within tight time constraints. - Maintain compliance with the policies and procedures of Brighter View Care, Medicare, AHCCCS and the Division of Developmental Disabilities
- Ensure that appropriately trained staff meet the specific needs of each member
- Communicate effectively with the members, their caregivers, Medicare, AHCCCS and the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
- Schedule and make in-home field visits with the family and the DCW to ensure all respite, attendant care and habilitation services are being provided per the member’s ISP and in accordance with all stated internal and external rules and regulations.
- Attend ISP reviews; maintain current ISPs and current habilitation goals in the Members’ folders
- Hire and administer performance evaluations to employees, address concerns and implement progressive disciplinary action, when necessary, and with the guidance of the HR department; maintain employee files and expirations for licensing, certifications and fingerprint clearance.
- Be responsible for Arizona State audits for HCBS and DCW
- Perform as required investigations into alleged rules and regulation infractions; prepare and submit IRs (Incident Reports) as required
- Operate the HCBS program in a financially responsible manner
- Ensure accurate billing and bi-weekly time sheets are submitted and processed in a timely manner; record and maintain billing and time worked information in related database(s) and/or spreadsheet(s) both accurately and on a timely basis
- Demonstrated familiarity with HR best practices.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be familiar with Brighter View’s service population, including diverse cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
