Talent AcquisitionProgram Coordinator needed for a 6+ month contract opportunity with our client in Renton, WA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support by coordinating and tracking large-scale Talent Acquisition Recruiting Programs. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs working closely with all members of the TA team and supporting programs managed by Program Managers-Talent Acquisition. The Program Coordinator will facilitate close working relationships with workforce development representatives, sourcers, recruiters, external vendors, and community members or organizations.
- Perform day-to-day administration of Talent Acquisition incentive programs. Ensure all programs are administered consistently and correctly and that complete, accurate records are maintained.
- Coordinate event logistics. Maintain event schedule, reserve booth space, collaborate with marketing to ensure branded materials are available, schedule recruiters and managers to staff event, ensure all materials are shipped and available at the event, work with sourcers to ensure contacts are collected in the contact management system, and track ROI for event participation.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment leaders and Program Managers to identify and track key performance indicators relative to the primary program(s) supported.
- Serve as primary point of contact for new inquiries into Talent Acquisition. Maintain repository of vendor information and may participate in vendor qualification process.
- Assist Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology and Training with coordination of in person and virtual training sessions. Includes scheduling, materials preparation, logistics, communication, and follow-up.
- Assist Program Manager with maintaining database of advertising requests, information regarding current media contracts, and measuring ROI of specific ad placements.
- Support Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs with project coordination, including resource scheduling, budget tracking, materials preparation, and other project-related administrative tasks.
- Proactively identify ways to enhance or improve programs, processes, and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Two (2) years post high school education required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting, sales, or project management support experience required or closely related HR support experience. Prefer experience working on a centralized recruitment team in a Coordinator or recruitment-related position supporting multiple entities/groups.
- PHR Certification preferred.
- High level of proficiency with written communications, including the ability to generate correspondence for executive-level staff.
- Ability to organize information, research data and formulate responses and reports.
- Developed organizational and communication skills (written, presentation, listening, negotiation, and oral).
- Proficient in MS Office suite products and the ability to use project management tools.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision utilizing independent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to develop and achieve unit and program goals, including a willingness to help others when needed.
- Detail oriented with high organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
