D&S Diversified Technologies administers certification testing in states all over the nation. We administer mostly nurse aide testing but also test for medication aides, caregivers, facility managers, etc. Our website, hdmaster.com, lists the states we work in and the testing we administer there.
A Program Coordinator undertakes a variety of tasks. This position is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to Program Managers by executing essential functions to carry out contractual obligations. A Program Coordinator will become/is proficient in the use of our in-house testing software programs as well as Microsoft office programs and G Suite programs. The general administrative support functions will include, but is not limited to, answering phones, carrying out general correspondence, coordinating test events, handling testing materials, and scoring and double checking tests. The Program Coordinator will maintain a general knowledge of all contracted states to ensure valuable customer service and assistance when other staff members may be out of the office. Within the office, staff members are to build positive working relationships with all members of the team to help build/maintain a culture a trust and innovation.
Qualified candidates thrive in a fast paced environment, are technology savvy and have the ability to multitask. Looking for candidates who are quick learners, can problem-solve, and have an excellent attitude. Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but is not required. No Education or experience is required, we are willing to teach/train the right candidate everything they will need to successful.
