SUMMARY
The Drama Therapy program (PDT) is looking for a self-motivated and detail-orientated Program Assistant to help us with administrative tasks, program events, and special projects. This position will entail supporting Drama Therapy Program Manager with administrative projects and self-revelatory performance coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clerical support to Program Manager
- Work closely with Program Manager on various administrative projects as well as self-revelatory performance production support
- Attend Open Houses and Info Sessions as student representative
- Document generation
- Position is mostly remote with some in-office work periodically (for filing, clerical projects, and self-rev performance production support)
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail required
- Experience with data entry and office administration preferred
- Experience working with Canvas, MS Office, Zoom, Adobe, Canva preferred
- Some weekend and evening flexibility (for special events, informational sessions, self-revelatory performances) preferred
- A year commitment is preferred
- Video editing skills a plus
- Stage management experience a plus
- Graphic and digital media design experience a plus
- Web, video, media, experience a plus
LOCATION
Hours are flexible, but 4-6 hours/week preferred with added hours during Self-Revelatory rehearsals and performances.

WAGES AND BENEFITS
Compensation: $18.07 hourly
