THE POSITION:
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Marketing Manager who will spearhead our marketing initiatives, merging the tactical expertise of digital marketing with strategic brand and team management. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies, enhancing our digital presence, and leading a team towards achieving our marketing goals.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing and brand management.
- Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional ability in writing and designing digital marketing materials.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team.
- Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and budget management.
- Previous involvement in developing or managing referral programs, agency partnerships, or partner programs is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, integrating SEO, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Craft captivating marketing copy for various channels, ensuring SEO friendliness and a high conversion rate.
- Design and manage digital marketing materials, including landing pages, newsletters, and social media ads, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
- Lead warm email campaigns, implementing A/B testing and other strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Provide strategic leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage brand strategy, including overseeing visual identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with sales and lead generation teams to develop strategies that align with sales objectives and customer acquisition.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts like SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, ensuring strategies are data-driven for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and use data insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenditures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and production.
