SalaryRESPONSIBILITIES
Included but not limited to:
- Provide personal care/toileting for members in need
- Actively present and participate in Town Square member activities
- Assist in the facilitation of creative activity programs and encourage member participation
- Serve meals and snacks; assist members requiring help with eating; clear tables
- Prepare member activities as requested
- Actively contribute to creating and maintaining a clean, orderly, bright, and welcoming environment
- Communicate in a positive, courteous, and professional manner with members and their families, co-workers, referral agencies, and the community at large
- Participate in staff meetings and in-service educational programs as needed; actively collaborate with cross-functional team, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancing the member experience and achieving overall goals and objectives
- Comply with company policies and procedures and safety and regulatory laws and standards

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift 50 pounds; able to stand for an extended period while providing physical assistance to members
- Successful results of background check, and where applicable, additional state specific regulatory requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
