Noble Property Inspections (NPI) is seeking a Professional Home Inspector. NPI is an experienced 2-owner home inspection company based in Texas; we are family owned and operated by engineers. We are well established with locations throughout Texas, Georgia, Colorado, and Florida. We are seeking one employee to help us expand our availability and grow our network into Los Angeles, California.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Valid Texas driver's license and must have own vehicle adequate for traveling for work.
- Must be willing to travel within Greater Los Angeles, typically within a 60-mile radius of your personal residence.
- Previous trades experience is a plus, e.g. roofing, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- Must show valid education/certification in home inspection training.
- Must have performed more than 50 residential home inspections (preferred)
- InterNACHI Professional Home Inspector Certification (preferred)
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Construction trade experience (preferred)
- Recent and documented work in the home inspection industry (preferred)
Pay:
- Pay is based on a commission depending on a percent take home of the completed job.
- Take home pay is based on a percent of revenue on inspections completed. This is 40% take home under most circumstances.
- Opportunities for pay increases by up-selling.
- Both part-time and full-time positions available. Part time depending on availability and desired schedule.

- Professional development assistance for furthering inspection education (i.e. termite, mold, radon, sewer scoping, etc.)
- Tool reimbursement program for tool ownership.
Job Requirements:
- Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
- Acquisition of basic Home Inspector tools (negatable depending on inspection requirements).
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great listening skills.
- Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and clients.
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time.
- Required to authorize background and driving checks.
