Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive residential and commercial property inspections under the direction of the Director of Residential Services.
- Utilize expertise in lateral sewer inspection, mold certification (IAC2), and pool/spa inspections.
- Present findings in an empathetic and professional manner, ensuring clients are well-informed without causing undue alarm.
- Uphold Trident's high standards of service excellence as a premium inspection company.
Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications: InterNACHI CPI, CMI, Structural Pest Control Board Branch 2/3, and ICC.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of construction practices and industry-specific nomenclature.
- Ability to relate technical findings to clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
