Operating in the counties of Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and surrounding areas for 7 years, we have built a reputation for delivering quality, custom reports, and outstanding customer service. While experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay, being a licensed Home Inspector is a significant advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Business-minded with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering quality and consistent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components.
• Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and conducting professional conversations with real estate agents and customers.
• Positive attitude, good presence, and high energy.
• Integrity, strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work unsupervised.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Physical ability to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to pass all employment screenings and technical knowledge exams.
• Willingness to undergo background and driving checks.
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Successful completion of the National Home Inspection Test.

Pay: $55,972.00 - $66,605.00 per year
