Seeking Building Inspectors at various levels in their careers. If you have experience inspecting residential, or commercial, we’d love to speak with you! Depending upon your experience, you’d be involved with the following:
- On-site field inspections of residential and/or non-residential buildings
- Utilize your excellent knowledge of California Standards Building Codes
- Conduct inspections related to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, roofing, etc.…
- Verify code compliance for new and existing buildings
- Approve construction, alterations, repairs, remodels, TI’s, expansions, etc.
- Conduct inspections in construction in accordance with codes
- Prepare reports and correction lists for various stages of completion
- Work independently, manage own time and schedule
- Prepare and submit required paperwork

- Required education:
- Residential or Commercial Building Inspection: 2 years
- Required license or certification:
- One or more ICC certs: Residential, Commercial, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plan Checker.
